  • I did my own return, or I had a different preparer do my return, but I don't believe it is correct. Can you quickly look over it for me to see if I missed anything?
    Yes! Please purchase our "Review My Return" product to opt in to this service.
  • Do you do estimates?
    An accurate estimate is just as time-consuming as a return, so to be fair to all clients we can't take time away from actual filings to do estimates. As an alternative, we offer a handy tax refund estimator calculator on our website for you to get a rough estimate. If you are wanting a more in-depth estimate, then feel free to purchase the Tax Return Estimate service (The amount of the upfront fee for an estimate will be deducted from your final preparation fee if you choose to file with us).
  • Do you offer incentives for filing my tax return with you?
    Of course! All tax clients are eligible to receive a hotel accommodation voucher with your tax filing. You only have to pay taxes & fees. Each client is also entered into a cash drawing to be held at the end of the season, as well as any small appreciation drawings we hold throughout the season.
  • What is your best point of contact?
    Email is our best and quickest point of contact. Our second option is text message. If you are wanting to speak via telephone, please expect a major delay during busy season.
  • Do you offer in-person appointments?
    No we do not offer in-person appointments. If you would like specific dedicated time to discuss your tax situation, feel free to book a virtual appointment.
  • How much do you charge for tax preparation?
    Our pricing model is form-based. This is to maintain transparent pricing and fee continuity. Please review our fee schedule listed.
  • What is the turnaround time for tax preparation?
    During peak season, it will take up to 5 business days for data entry to enter your tax return documents, followed by up to 2 business days for any clarifications or missing information to be collected.
  • Do you pay for referrals?
    Yes! We greatly appreciate all of our clients referrals. As a token of our appreciation we pay $50 for each new client once their return is funded. Feel free to sign up for an affiliate link to share with your family and friends. Your referrals can either purchase "New Client Tax Preparation" using your link, or they can input your name on their intake sheet as the referrer to get credit.
  • Can I expedite my return filing?
    If you are unable to wait the stated turnaround time, then you may pay for expedited service. Please email tax@jbhfinancialservices.com to be invoiced for this option.
